Preheat oven to 190 degrees upper and lower heat
Mix the tofu with the yoghurt, herbs, garlic and salt
Slice the sweet potato and zucchini along the long side
Place two slices sweet potato horizontally and two to three slices zucchini vertically, put 1 tbsp of the yoghurt mix in the middle and then fold it to a ravioli shape and place them in a baking tin
Mix the tomato with the paste and some salt
Put the tomato mix on the ravioli and add some brewer's yeast
Bake the ravioli for about 35-45 min and buon appetito!
