Mix flour, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Heat milk lukewarm, add butter and melt. Then stir in the yeast. In a blender kneat the dry and the liquid ingredients to a dough. Then place the dough in a bowl, cover with a dishcloth and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place (oven).
The dough should be approximately doubled and have a firm consistency. Remove from the bowl and roll out to a rectangle.
Cut the dough into rectangular pieces and cover with meltd butter plus sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Place the rectangles in a buttered or paper-lined mold and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for 30-35 minutes. Take out and enjoy with vanilla sauce.
