Vegan Bread Pudding

Zutaten

  • 300 g (vegan) soft bread (milk rolls are also a non vegan option)
  • 300 ml soy milk
  • vegan subsititute for 3 eggs (also normal eggs can be used for a non vegan recipe)
  • 40 g birch sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1/2 pkg vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 g melted vegan butter
  • vegan ice cream

Anleitungen

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees upper and lower heat
  • Cut the bread into slices
  • Prepare the vegan egg according to the packaging
  • Mix the soy milk, vegan egg substitute, birch sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl
  • Soak the bread slices in the liquid, then lay it layer by layer in a baking mold. If any of the liquid remains, just pour it on top
  • At the end, coat the top layer with half of the melted butter
  • Now put the mold in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes, brush the top layer with the remaining butter and bake for another 25 minutes
  • Give it out, serve with ice cream and enjoy!
