Portionen: 2 Servings


  • 100 ml coffee
  • 100 ml (oat) milk
  • 100 ml (fat reduced) cream
  • 50 g (birch or coconut) sugar
  • 1 tbsp (vegan) butter
  • 130 g ice cubes
  • 5-6 toffees (cream candy)



  • In a pan, melt the sugar
  • Add the butter, mix it and then add the cream. Stir until you have a thick, caramel like consistancy


  • Fill a blender with coffe, ice cubes, 1-2 big spoons of the caramel and the milk. Mix until you have a creamy frappuccino
  • Unwrap the toffee and cut into small cubes
  • Dunk the glasses in the rest of the caramel and top it with the toffee cubes
  • Fill the frappuccino in the glasses and add some heavy cream and chocolate pieces if desired. Enoy!
