Fill a blender with coffe, ice cubes, 1-2 big spoons of the caramel and the milk. Mix until you have a creamy frappuccino
Unwrap the toffee and cut into small cubes
Dunk the glasses in the rest of the caramel and top it with the toffee cubes
Fill the frappuccino in the glasses and add some heavy cream and chocolate pieces if desired. Enoy!
