Halloumi-Rice-Bowl with Sweet Potato

  • 60 g rice uncooked
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 150-200 g halloumi
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 juice from one lime
  • a handful basil for decoration
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • Cook the rice with double the amount of salted water according to the package instructions
  • Boil the sweet potato until bite-proof in a pot of hot water
